By registering for the TREK Hope start group, you support Sylva Ry's work for children, teenagers and young adults with cancer and their families. 20 euros will be donated to Sylva Ry for each registration. For more than 30 years, Trek has been part of the Trek 100 event in the United States in support of children with cancer. TREK Hope is Trek's Nordic counterpart to Trek 100 and there is currently no equivalent event in Europe.

The longest Saimaa Gravel Tour route is about 150 kilometres long. The first group departs on Sunday 13 July 2025 at 10 am. The route starts and finishes in Imatra and follows the Russian border zone area towards the Saimaa Canal. From the canal, the route continues towards Lappeenranta Fortress and famous Sand Castle at the Lappeenranta Port area. From the Lappeenranta Port the route returns to Imatra over the Saimaa Canal and through winding sandy roads which run next on the shores of Lake Saimaa. The last few kilometres are on sandy roads along the River Vuoksi to Imatra Rapid and finish line. The final route and service points will be announced later. The final route and service points will be announced in autumn 2024. About 75% of the route is on gravel roads.
You can also participate in Saimaa Gravel Tour 150 km with an electric bike.
