Saimaa Cycle Tour - Sleep over in Mikkeli 150 km + 150 km (2025)

The Saimaa Cycle Tour - Sleep over in Mikkeli 2025 will take place on 11-12 July 2025.The route of the Saimaa Cycle Tour - Sleep over in Mikkeli is 300 km long and will be cycled in two stages of about 150 km each on completely asphalted roads. The route starts and finishes in Imatra and goes via Lappeenranta, Taipalsaari, Savitaipalei to Mikkeli, where cyclists stay overnight*. In the morning, the route continues from Mikkeli via Puumala and Ruokolahti back to Imatra.

Departure for Saimaa Cycle Tour - Overnight stay in Mikkeli on 11 July at 16.00 from Imatrankoski Bridge. The overnight stay in Mikkeli is at Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna*, where cyclists can check in directly from the route. On Saturday 12 July, the second stage towards Imatra must start no later than 08.00.

*Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Please note! You can of course stay in other accommodation that you have booked yourself.

If you have already registered for the Saimaa Cycle Tour and would like to join to the Sleep over in Mikkeli 150 km + 150 km route, please contact Saimaa Cycle Tour's customer service support@saimaacycletour.com. Sleep over in Mikkeli always costs 160 €. We will change the group free of charge and send you a payment link to pay the difference.
