Saimaa Cycle Tour & Saimaa Gravel Tour event information
Saimaa Cycle Tour 2025 – 11-12 July 2025
The Saimaa Cycle Tour 2025 will take place on 11-12 July 2025 and there are three different routes to choose from, depending on your fitness level. All routes are on asphalt roads, except for the 7.5 km Vuoksi Tour for children, which is partly on a sandy cycle track.
- Saimaa Cycle Tour 300 km – The Saimaa Cycle Tour will start on Friday 11 July 2025 from 19:00 and the finish will close on Saturday 12 July 2025 at 18:00. The route starts in Imatra and circles around Lake Saimaa clockwise through Lappeenranta, Taipalsaari, Savitaipale, Mikkeli, Puumala and Ruokolahti back to the finish in Imatra. - Lappeenranta Tour 100 km – The route starts in Imatra and runs to Lappeenranta and back to Imatra. A more detailed map of the route will be published in autumn 2025. The Lappeenranta Tour is also suitable for electric bikes.

Wild Man Tour 50 km – Registration will open and more information about the route will be published in autumn 2024. The Wild Man Tour is also suitable for electric bikes.
- Children's Cycling – 7,5 km River Vuoksi Tour ja Imatra Rapid tour 1,4 km. The registration for Children's Cycling will open in April 2025
Saimaa Gravel Tour 2025 – 13 July 2025
The first Saimaa Gravel Tour will take place on Sunday 13 July 2025. Saimaa Gravel Tour will include two different routes of different lengths. Both routes will be mainly on sand or gravel roads and trails. The final routes and service points will be announced at a later date. About 75% of the route will be on sand roads. The routes of the Saimaa Gravel Tour are also suitable for electric bikes.
- Saimaa Gravel Tour 150 km – The Saimaa Cycle Tour will start on Sunday 13 July 2025 at 10 am. The start of the route is in Imatra and the final route and service points will be announced later.
- Saimaa Gravel Tour (short) 80 km – The start of the route is in Imatra and the final route and service points will be announced later. The registration and more route details will be published in autumn 2024..
