Saimaa Cycle Tour routes

The Lake Saimaa area is a blue labyrinth of lakes, islands and various shoals surrounded by forests and ridges. This Saimaa maze is also home to some of the world's most beautiful lake scenery and stunning scenic routes, the best of which have been selected for the Saimaa Cycle Tour.

The route of the Saimaa Cycle Tour is planned by three-time Finnish Road Cycling Champion Juho Suikkari. The Saimaa Cycle Tour route is based on his training routes during his career.

The 300 km Saimaa Cycle Tour route has eight service points, two of which serve hot meals. Each service point also offers bike maintenance, massage and first aid services.

• 191 km Huoseuksenlahti - Anttola
• 214 km Puumala - Pistohiekan Lava (food service)

• 280 km Kirkonmäki – Ruokolahti
• 300 km Maali - Inkerinaukio - Imatra
