Group registration for the Saimaa Cycle Tour (2026)

Saimaa Cycle Tour group registration is for groups who want to ensure the departure time they want on Saimaa Cycle Tour 300 km and Lappeenranta Tour 110 km routes.

Please note that on the Lappeenranta Tour 110 km route, departures start after the Saimaa Cycle Tour 300 km groups after midnight, and your group's departure time will not be selected until spring 2026.

The minimum group size is 10 cyclists.

• The price of group registration is 150 € + current registration fee / cyclist

THE GROUP REGISTRATION HAPPENS IN THREE STEPS

1. Reserve your departure time for the group and pay the booking fee

• Choose the departure time you want for your group
• Pay the price of group registration with your choice of payment method

2. You will receive a group code

• Group code will be sent to the person who makes the group registration
• If your group members doesn't have a Saimaa Cycle Tour account they need to add Group code to their own profile's Team field when creating an account 
• If all members of the group already have Saimaa Cycle Tour accounts we can automatically add the group members to your group

3. Members of the group pay their personal registration fee

• The members of the group will make the registration for the Saimaa Gravel Tour through Group member registration with the current registration price
• Based on the group code, a member of the group will be added to your starting group

The price of group registration will not be refunded even if the group canceled the participation or the size of the group will decrease before the event.

If the group size is less than 50 cyclists, other groups or individual cyclists will also depart with your group.
